Remember to include the following information in your e-mail: name, ship to address, phone number, product details (name, colors, size, etc...) and any other pertinent information such as wedding date. PLEASE PLACE YOUR WEDDING/NEED BY DATE IN THE SUBJECT OF YOUR EMAIL AS WELL.
HOW TO PAY
We accept all payments through PayPal, a safe, secure way to handle monetary transactions online. Once you place your order and accept the expected shipping date you will receive a PayPal invoice through e-mail. Once we receive payment we will begin processing your order. We do not accept personal checks.
ORDER PROCESSING
Everything on this Web site is custom made. Depending on your order, and what materials we currently have in stock, it might take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks to get your order sent out. Upon receiving your order (before you make a payment) we will give you an expected shipping date. Once the item is shipped, we will notify you again. Expedited processing and shipping may also be available at an additional cost.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
For a limited time, we will be offering $3 first class shipping on all jewelry orders. All orders are sent through the United States Postal Service. Insurance is optional. Please state in your e-mail if you would like to add insurance to your order. If you do not order insurance, we are not responsible for any items that may get damaged during shipping. Expedited shipping is also available at an additional cost. Shipping of wedding graphics depends on weight, usually the cost averages around $5.

$100.01 to $200: ($3.35)
$200.01 to $300: ($4.40)
$300.01 to $400: ($5.45)
$400.01 to $500: ($6.50)
